Content you share

You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the service so other members can see your profile. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Membership and payments

The core service is free. Optional membership is billed through the App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Membership renews automatically unless cancelled through your store account. Refunds are handled by the relevant store.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zavyi is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
